Lately, I have been feeling like I am just too damn nice! My friends always come to me with their problems, and that's all we ever talk about, Them!
When I need advice, no one is around or no one cares, and I put up with it, but I think its time for a change, just... how do i start?

I know how you feel. I have these three friends and they are always mad at each other and if I am friends with one of them then the other 2 will gang up and get mad at me. I feel like I am too nice to them and then they turn around and get all mad if I am friends with another one of them. Just don't pay them any attention.
I know exactly what you mean! I feel like I'm a half-decent listener, and I am genuinely interested in what people have to say. It's weird to have conversations with folks who seem to care so little about discussing anything but that which concerns them!
Have you tried opening a chat with your friends by mentioning that you'd really appreciate their opinions/advice about a particular thing in your life? I find that attentions can be gained by this sort of oh-so-subtle flattery!
