Trying to be Superwoman

Lately I've been sooo stressed tyring to do everything for my 2 boys (2yrs old and 4months old) and my husband.
I've also started a new job and in the process of moving.
I'm getting depressed (at least I think I am) I don't express myself to anyone on how I really feel except my husband (sometimes, don't want him feeling like - whatever! so I keep it in and then I blow up and he thinks I've gone mad!)
I was shopping the other morning and was listening to the radio and someone mentioned about girlfriends.com and here I am.
I think it's great that this is here. I've just joined so really haven't checked the site out yet. Anyway, enough of my ranting! :-)

I was just having this discussion with some friends of mine last night. This couple I know were telling us about their year from hell last year. They had made mention about the top stresses that can cause the most grief in one's life and you just listed three of them!
1) Moving 2) Getting a new job 3) Being a mother
If you can get through all of this then take pride in your Superwoman title. It's a lot of stress you're going through.
It will be tough, but when you've finished moving and settled into your new job, think back at what you have accomplished. :)

The toughest job in the world is not being the top executive of a worlwide company or being a teacher, doctor, police, or any other occupation. The toughest job in the world is being the mother.
Today's moms are true superheros. They juggle an outside career and have a full time position tending to their loved ones at home. Sometimes, there is just not enough time to tend to oneself.
Through all the craziness, I hope you can make some time though, maybe just 15 mins in a day to stop, breathe, and look outside. Sometimes, we are looking at our lives within the confines of what we need to accomplish in a day. And that can be like living in a box - overwhelming and very stressful. But girlfriends everywhere must remember that we have to take care of ourselves before we can others.
I applaud you for your hard work as a mom, wife, and woman! Be strong and take care.
