Abstract: Soft and flirty

Feel like a princess with this sweet and romantic scent. This feminine scent is perfect for daytime. Did I mention it has a dark chocolate note? I did find it faded a little quickly.

Notes:
Water Lily, Lady Apple, Mandarin Meringue, Golden Apricot Skin, Ripe Pink Guava, Tahitian Flower, Wild Tuberose, Dark Chocolate, Pink Frosting Accord, Chiffon Vanilla, Precious Amber, Forbidden Woods, Royal Musk Captive, .

I am middle age.............:( But don't care to dress like it. This scent is fresh, pretty and can be worn day or evening. Very nice and i would buy it a second time, not one you'd get tired of.

To sweet for me

I wanted this so bad because I love the bottle... I was thinking it was going to be something that I would love but I didn't. This is a very girlish, sweet fragrance. I can imagine it on teenagers and twenty-something's but to me it isn't something I could wear to the office as it could be a little much for others you would be around. I wasn't impressed at all.

I gotta have it!!!!!!

I just bought the perfect pair lipgloss + rollerball duo last week (I wanted to live with the scent for a while before I spluged on the bigger bottle) and I love it! I must have gotten at least 12 compliments from sales-people from various stores, family and friends alike. At first, being 14, I thought the scent might be a little bit too old for me but according to friends I pulled it off nicely. The perfume is subtle so it is best sprayed on the chest (spraying the perfume in warm places helps dramatize the scent). I would definitly recommend this to anyone who likes subtly sweet, fruity, feminine scents!

Ps.( Perfume thrives on moisturised skin, but the fragrance is thrown off a bit if sprayed on top of skin moisturized with scented creams like nivea. So buy the corresponding moisturizing lotion or body butter along with the perfume. Oh and the lipgloss is very good too!)

Opens as recklessly sweet--but resolves in mature graciousness

Never, in a million years, would I have expected to find this scent appealing: Vera Wang's other scent has never worn well on me and the name and marketing of "princess" seemed a bit too precious for my adult sensibilities. After my first testing this afternoon, however, I have to conclude that "Princess" is an untterly charming and interesting scent.

In some miraculous way, the frosting/chocolate note lends itself as sugary sweet without becoming cloying. After the dreamy sweetness of the top and middle notes subside, the fresh, modern resolution in the bottom notes surfaces. In short, "Princess" has the sweetness that would've added warmth to "Vera Wang", yet retains the modern freshness that makes "Vera" such a popular bridal scent. I imagine Vera Wang sees herself in the original scent and her daughters in its offspring, "Princess".
