Abstract: Although the recently announced Treo 650 is a phone first and foremost, we believe the Treo 650 also deserves acknowledgement in the PDA's and Handhelds category.
We don't have any hands-on time with this phone/PDA yet, but if experience with the previous Treo 600 is any indication, this one is going to blow you away.
Packing 6 hours of talk time in the GSM version, 5 hours in the CDMA version, the Treo 650 will make sure you're able to talk as long as you need to.
A high resolution (320 x 320 16 bit TFT color) screen allows the built in browser to display more information as it crams 4 times the number of pixels into the same space as the previous 600 model.
Bluetooth will enable you to connect accessories like a hands-free headset for wireless chatting while you're on the road or browsing your favorite store.
My personal required accessory is the full-size fold-up keyboard, a picture of which is included in this review.
Available first from Sprint in the US, the Treo 650 promises to become widely distributed soon, watch for it at your local retailer.
