Abstract: Can Adam Sandler do no wrong?

The last movie we watched with Adam Sandler in it almost made us cry, his travails while wooing Drew Barrymore were sickly sweet, yet somehow believable.

This one showcases the Spanish beauty Paz Vega, who looks like a long lost cousin of Penelope Cruz. She lights up the screen with her dark smouldering look, her perfectly proportioned body well shot by director James L. Brooks whose work in As Good As It Gets is known to most of us.

Single Moms out there should all watch this movie, and perhaps gain some inspiration from it. People new to a culture may learn some lessons surrounding assimilation from this flick too. A little heavy for an Adam Sandler headlined movie? Perhaps, but he shines in it and I look forward to more meatier roles like this one in the future for the only white man I know who can pull off an Afro.
