"Coco Chanel" definately requires a specific taste for woodsy spice, although a smooth velvet note runs throughout the scent. I would really never expect this scent to triumph as feminine, but it does. More Katherine Hepburn than Marilyn Monroe, "Coco" is "Sicily" without the soapiness and "Prada" without the intense cream-annisette. It's pure delicious intoxication.
