1. Apply a generous layer of bright blueish green shadow with an eye shadow brush. Make sure to cover the entire lid. We used a combination of two colors to get the shade we wanted, we mixed freshwater blue with steamie blue-green.

2. Use a wedge brush and apply a straight line of pale blue-green color across the bottom lid.
3. Make sure to apply color all the way along to the inside corner of the eye.

4. Use a pale yellow eyeliner to line just inside the inside lower lashes. This step is optional, but it does add a brightness to the look. Make sure your pencil is freshly sharpened before you do this.

5. Now for the fun part. Use a clear eye gloss to add some intensity to the look. Use your fingers to apply. Slowly dab it on - don't rub or it will take some of the color away with it. You'll want to keep your eyes closed for a bit for it to set slightly. And yes, it's going to feel a little weird, but the look is intense!
6. Apply a coat of black mascara. For extra drama, don on some false eyelashes!

7. And of course the lips. Line the lips in a nice cinnamon taupe color liner. Fill them in with a spicy color to match.
8. Create glistening lips by adding a dousing of peachy shiny lip gloss.

Of course makeup this dazzling comes with a price - it's not very forgiving and requires frequent touchups to keep looking it's best. Think of this look as your favorite party shoes - they're the flashy stilettos not the dependable sneakers of the glamour world. Best reserved for impact, not everyday wear.
