With a shadow brush cover entire lid with a soft shimmery blue shadow. Make sure to get the color right up to the lash line. |
| 2. |
With a wedge brush, fill in the inside corner with a white shadow. |
| 3. |
Open eyes and apply more white all the way around the inside corner of the eye and slightly below on the lower lash line as well.
| 4. |
Now for some extra sparkle, apply some silver shadow beside the white. Blend on both sides. |
| 5. |
Using a shadow brush add some darker sea colored blue to the outer corner. |
| 6. |
Extend along the upper lash line as well. Don't get too close to the inner corner, as you want to keep that nice and bright with the white.
| 7. |
Blend smoothly.
| 8. |
Use a black shadow or eyeliner and draw along the outer edge along the lashes. Go about one third across the lid. This will add some nice intensity to the look. |
| 9. |
Now add some more of the marine blue color on the bottom lash line. |
| 10. |
Add some silver as well and blend.
| 11. |
Again make sure to blend with the inner corner, but don't overpower the white.
| 12. |
For some extra drama, use a black eyeliner to carefully draw on the inside of the lashes on top and bottom lid. You want to make sure your pencil is nice and sharp. |
| 13. |
Apply some black mascara. |
| 14. |
Next some subtle lip color. We used a really nice frosty pale pink. It was a shade lighter than our guinea pig's errr.. model's lips. With this look the eyes are really intense so you don't want to clown it up by making your lips too dark. |

And a little blush to finish the look. Again nothing too dramatic. Use something soft and pretty to complement the rest of the makeup. We used a light pink which offsets her eyes beautifully. |
